The Human Template constellation practice is quite distinct from Bert Hellinger’s Family Constellation or Systemic Constellations., or the plethora of work that has been derived from his original work.

Human Template model

• The work operates from certain truths: There is a ‘Knowing Field‘ which allows for a unified field to be created in a constellation or environment.
• The work is preceeded, continued and facilitated by surrender. This is the acknowledgement that there is an Implicate Reality or Order–that which knows and precedes everything.
• The Implicate Order governs the process.
• That which is constellated (placed in some pre-ordained, random, or client organised relationship) is the inner selves of the human. The surrender guides the process to see what manifests within the core of the human being. A narrative unfolds, and is read or interpreted by the facilitator and/or participant.
• We employ specific rules to augment, clarify, and not to obfuscate the process; we acknowledge each representative (the participant who represents a part/aspect/element of the person constellated) own sensory perception rather than thought or belief. We allow the process to reveal the dynamic rather than observation, belief, ideas or suppositions.
• We bring into play certain psychospiritual tools that augment and facilitate change. These symbolic entities are brought in when that which unfolds illustrates a particular virtue. These virtues when added to the system are the medicine that faciliates change.
