Emanation is not creation by command, but unfolding [The Explicate Reality] by nature.
It is the slow, radiant descent of essence into form.
From the Source—or Origin—being flows outward, not as something separate, but as that which is always already within, expressing itself in layers.
Emanation differs from creation in this:
Creation implies distance, a gap between creator and created. Emanation implies continuity—the wave never left the sea. In this view, the world is not made from nothing, but from everything—the everything that resides in its simplest and most interior state. The soul, then, is not a product, but a passage—a beam of that original light, now dressed in matter, longing for return.
Emanation gives us the vertical axis. It orders being not by status, but by intimacy with the Source.
And just as essence flows downward into form, so too do we return—not by climbing, but by remembering what we are.
