Syna has been a dedicated practitioner of InnerDialogue for nearly twenty years and has also taught InnerDialogue and Cranial Fluid Dynamics workshops. Syna’s analytical mind, and precision create a very precise environment for learning.

Syna was initially trained in the work during its early stages, when it functioned primarily as a therapeutic model. At the time, it consisted of multiple modules drawing from a wide range of therapeutic approaches — including Cranial Fluid Dynamics (an offshoot of osteopathy in the cranial field), Traditional Chinese Medicine (in a rhythm), Allergy (symptoms to source), and The Djinn (understood as epigenetic functionaries).

Over time, the work has evolved into something deeper and more integrative. It is now primarily a process of unfolding the narratives and stories we carry — or need to align with — when a new life passage or internal odyssey presents itself. The practitioner facilitates this process by holding space with presence and soul. Techniques may be introduced as needed, but the essence of the work lies in its depth and subtlety, and language used–the mudras..

Syna will conduct a three-part series in Castleblayney this fall. She’ll co-teach with Susan Webb, who will facilitate the course. Susan has recently been working towards a teaching rǒle, and has used the work for many, many years. A Human Template workshop will follow this. Together, these form the prerequisites for the culminating 12-day workshop to be held in Türkiye in Spring 2026.
